As a gift to you, here is a free download of U.S. Electric, the first full-length effort by Sleepy Theory. For the optimum effect, download the .zip file and listen to the album as a whole, but there are links to the individual mp3s as well. All tracks were recorded during a week in December 2009, except "After 2," which was recorded in November 2007 but re-edited for this release. 90% of the sounds were recorded from a well-worn Yamaha DSR-2000, with occasional guitars and vocal samples sprinkled in, most digitally manipulated or run through analog effects pedals.
